The Sunset Cottage is in the heart of North Naples. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage, perfect for 2 couples or a couple with children. It has been completely remodeled, so everything inside down to the appliances, cookware, linens, flooring, doors, bathtub, light fixtures, faucets, furniture, and door handles are all new. We wanted quality with the comfort of a cottage feel. The open kitchen has barstools for extra seating and looks out into the living room and the large sliding doors which open onto the screened porch and fenced backyard. There are 2 twins in the guest room, with the fully remodeled guest shower and bath. The master has a King size bed and ensuite with a new tub and shower. There are also sliding doors from the master bedroom which open onto your private screened in porch. The outdoor area has a private yard equipped with a gas grill and dining table overlooking the yard. It is partially fenced in.
*Please note that this is attached to another unit which sits beside the cottage, however the cottage itself is completely private with its own front and backyard, driveway, and entrance and lives like a single family home.

Summary: Great location. Very comfortable accommodations. All needs for a 10 day stay were available in home. Interaction with owner was wonderful.

Summary: Clean and comfortable property with great indoor and outdoor space. Had everything we needed for our family of 4 to eat and relax at home when we weren't at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked for what we needed. Great enclosed porch and backyard patio. I wouldn't call it walkable, though. Its a quiet neighborhood , which is great for families, but lacks sidewalks, and isn't close enough to walk to anything worthwhile. Unless you bring bikes, expect to drive everywhere. Daily parking at Vanderbilt Beach is $10 in the garage.

Summary: Lovely well-appointed property in good location. Easy walk to beach and park. Only negative: the entry code was not provided by VRBO before our entry and had to contact owner who was given incorrect code. Luckily owner was able to help us enter VRBO did not provide code until the next day.

Summary: The cottage is a very well appointed cottage, everything you could want or need for a beach vacation was provided. The unit was very clean when we arrived and very location friendly to all the Naples attractions, just a short trip to the beach. The unit is nicely updated and comfortable. Will use again.

Summary: My husband and I have been renting properties in Naples Park for 15 years, and I feel we saved the best for last. I agree whole heartedly with previous reviewers. At the time we booked, I hadn't noticed the "More Details" at the bottom of the property description. The house is a duplex. The online pictures of the property are of the unit on the left side. We rented the unit on the right. That unit is not pictured, but before booking you can request pictures. The units are very similar with identical kitchens. For our needs it was even nicer with a king size bed in the master bedroom and comfortable furniture on the little screened in porch. Also, as of our stay, the back yard of that unit was not fenced in which made the yard sunny and breezy.
